직원들은 영어가 능숙하지않았지만 친절하고 최선을 다하는 모습.구시가지의 모든골목이 좁지만 다행히 무료주차공간이 있어 차를 안전하게 주차할수있었다.차를 곁들인 올리브 야채 계란찜. 튀르키에식 아침식사도 좋았음. 넓은 테라스에 나와 있는 테이블과 의자 공간이 참 좋았음.전망좋고 햇볕을 받을수있는 휴식공간.이곳에서 아침식사도 할수있어요. 구도심까지 걸어서 접근이 용이해 좋은 위치라고 생각됨.

원래 예약했던 17m2 트윈룸의 방위치는 약간 어둡고 쪽창이 길가의 계단에 이어져 가끔 소란했어요. 그래서 더블베드 룸으로 바꾸었어요. .이곳은 룸과 욕실이 더 좁지만 동쪽창이 있어서 채광이 좋았어요. 가성비로 따지면 방의 위치상 트윈룸쪽이 낮다고 할수있겠네요.

Well first 2 best things about this property are the people who were outstanding and breakfast even though the tea was colder than I like. Hotel is kind of hard to find specially at night and in the rain but we did find it again thanks to the people. Property is a historical building. İt has immense potential but still lacking basic things than can make this an outstanding property. Bathroom seat not even attached. I did not even try to take a shower. İt needs an exhaust fan terribly perhaps higher floors do have it but bathroom smelled so bad. A/C unit i could not get it to heat the room. Perhaps I did not know how to operate it. The need to wash the sheets on nicer detergent they did not smell very nice. The also need to remove all of the carpeting on the rims and on the trace. No reason to cover beautiful historical floors. Otherwise nice location in the middle of 1000's of years of history. Very beautiful place. Walks and in and around the town is a slice of history.

Tarihi dokusu ve manzarası mükemmel. Çalışan arkadaşlar gayet saygılı ve yardımseverlerdi. Çarşıyı beraber gezebiliriz diye teklif bile ettiler sağolsunlar. Kalenin eteklerinde konakların dar sokaklarına rağmen park yeri sorunu yaşamadık. Oda ve oturma alanları temizdi rahatsız edici bir şey görmedik. Eski Mardini kolaylıkla yürüyerek gezip geri gelebildik. Mardinde gezebileceğimiz rotayı gösteren otele özel broşürleri de vardı. Bir gece ailemle kaldığımız konaklamada gayet memnun kaldık tüm çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkürler.

great location (not far from the old city, but very peaceful & quiet), very kind staff (also English speaking), nice views from the terrace, excellent served breakfast, parking is usually possible aprox. 3min walking from the hotel (at the school)

Edificio bonito, fácil acceso al centro caminando. Desayuno escaso, monótono, mal organizado. El último día esperamos una hora para desayunar. Mala atención a la limpieza de las habitaciones. En definitiva, caro para lo que ofrece

otelde her şey iyi gibi konumu personelin davranışları, tek sorun teras a kahvaltıya çıktığınızda sırayla degıl kafalarına göre getirdikleri için sizden sonra gelenler önce kahvaltı yapabiliyor bu nedenle otel yönetiminin bu konuyuz düzeltmesi gerekir

A beautiful room in an amazing, historical city. We just suggest they install guards on the doors to prevent them from slamming shut, which is very noisy. We had trouble finding the hotel, but the receptionist was very kind and helpful in trying to guide us and made us feel welcome despite our unexpectedly very late arrival.

Nice historical building near the old city with a great terace and nice view just under the citadel. Rich turkish breakfast.

Very hot wheather. Pls chose right season.
