Window a bit too close to the road for comfort.

MOUSE IN THE ROOM! I stayed only for one night. At first glance, everything in the room was fine; However, when I woke up in the morning I saw a mouse...very nice beginning of the day. The whole night I heard some strange noise (like something is scratching) and I found a reason of this noise. Just for info, there was no sign of mice when I checked in. And I am sure,I did not bring any animals with me. As well, the service at the front desk was absolutely terrible. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wait about 10–15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. And it happened again when I discovered that there were no towels in the room and went back to the front desk...he simply was not showing up for 15 min. When I asked him for a towel—since there weren’t any in the room—he said he would bring one. In the end, he didn’t. I also asked him to wake me up at a specific time in the morning, but he failed to do so. Plus, the hotel is very noisy—you can hear everything from the corridor, the street, or your neighbors. It’s awful. Oh,yeah,and when I told this person at the front desk about the mouse,he did not seem surprised and just started to text something on his phone... "Very nice stay"...

Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям. Запаха сигарет в номере нет. Шикарный персонал. Позвонили в номер сообщить, что освободилось парковочное место, чтобы мы удобнее припарковали свою машину. За свои деньги на одну ночь - превосходный вариант.

Санузел просит обновления. Уставшая тумбочка и присутствует запах канализации.
