The rooms were not well cleaned and there was a really bad cigarette smells in the room. When we arrived there was hair on the bedsheets and towels so we’ve asked to change them and they did. The internet didn’t work in the rooms - you only had internet access at the reception. Only one of the people working (on the night shift) there knew english so it was a bit hard to communicate during the day.

Very basic hotel, cheap design with low quality of construction and furnishings. Location is convenient to Marmaray and staff is friendly. Breakfast was bare minimum to be considered an included breakfast.

Odalar ve genel olarak otel tamam ancak çok zayıf bir kahvaltı vardı. Personel o güne özel bir sıkıntı olduğunu söyledi ama bilemiyoruz.
