Bohužel s ubytováním nemám dobrou zkušenost. Personál působil velmi odměřeně a nebyl příliš ochotný řešit vzniklé problémy. Původně jsem dostal pokoj, který nebyl dobře utěsněný, profukovalo v něm a bylo mi chladno. Požádal jsem o výměnu pokoje, ale byl mi nabídnut pouze jiný pokoj za příplatek. Ani ten však nebyl o mnoho lepší. Za cenu ubytování bych očekával vstřícnější přístup personálu i vyšší komfort. Bohužel nemohu doporučit.

Helpful and attentive staff, I booked this hotel for my mom and my friend’s parents. From first day, I was able to communicate with them and reserve shuttle from airport to the hotel and back. Also, there was something wrong with my mom’s luggage lock that she couldn’t open her luggage. The hotel staff assisted her and they brought technicians to open her luggage. They went over and beyond. The gentleman (Emir) who I was in touch, made sure everything is okay with my mom’s stay and I appreciate his fantastic customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel. Stellar staff ✨
