Очень гостеприимный персонал! Встретили, помогли с багажом, всё рассказали. На каждую просьбу быстро реагировали! Вкусные завтраки. Очень понравился ресторан Tuma. В номере чисто, уютно, не холодно. Отличная смотровая площадка, утром классно наблюдать за шарами .

L'emplacement est idéal. Chambre très confortable, très propre et personnel aux petits soins. Et le petit déjeuner !!!!! Exceptionnel ! Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, là où est servi le petit déjeuner. Parfait.

Gostamos da e tudo. Nada a reclamar. O local proporciona uma verdadeira experiência de hotel caverna. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e nos ajudaram com as reservas dos passeio de balão e transfer do aeroporto para o hotel e vice-versa. O café da manhã é farto e o quarto era impecavelmente limpo todos os dias. Recomendo!

我们非常满意，经理很热情，水温正好，环境优雅，早餐丰富，住宿环境干净卫生。位置也挺好，不用爬的很高，从城区平坦地带稍微往上步行一分钟就到了。总之我们非常满意，值得推荐。

Для меня это самый лучший отель во всех отношениях. Номера красивые и чистые. Завтрак отличный. Ресторан просто сказка. Я стала поклонницей шеф повара этого ресторана. Вернусь еще раз обязательно и только сюда.
