توفر مواقف السيارات وجبات الإفطار نظافة المكان جمالية السكن

الضوضاء ولكن بسبب اعمال الطرق ولم تكن سيئة جداً وانما كانت مزعجة نوعاً ما

القيمه مقابل المال الصراحه المبلغ مبالغ فيه جداً اما اخلاق العاملين جداً ممتازه وروحهم عاليه وخدومين بالذات صاحب المكان مصطفى اخلاقه عاليه ومتعاون وخدوم

الخدامات داخل الفندق الموظفين تعامل ممتاز الفطور مميز ولذيذ

While the property appears new, it is actually filthy, and the property manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. We are a family of four—myself, my wife, and our two young boys, aged 6 and 2.5 years old. We booked a chalet for three nights. Our children slept well downstairs, but when my wife and I went upstairs around midnight, we discovered numerous tiny bugs coming from the floor and on the bedsheets, making the upstairs area completely unlivable. I contacted the property manager, who confirmed they were bedbugs and sent a cleaning team to address the issue at midnight. Despite our concerns about our older child's asthma, the manager assured us that they would use an odorless spray. Exhausted from a long drive, we reluctantly agreed. A team of four arrived to clean, merely changing the sheets and vacuuming. The property manager, who had been communicating with me only by phone, suddenly entered our room without knocking and started spraying upstairs with a product that had a strong, unpleasant odor. This caused our children to wake up coughing, and our older son had a severe reaction, requiring the use of his emergency inhaler. At this point, we decided to leave the property the next morning and requested a full refund. The property manager arrogantly offered us two options: either switch rooms the following morning or leave immediately for another property owned by a friend of hers—both of which were unacceptable. I insisted on leaving and getting a refund, to which she eventually agreed, but she informed me I would have to handle it through Booking.com. After our vacation ended, I contacted Booking.com to request the refund, only to find out that the property manager had not approved it, and Booking.com couldn't proceed without her approval. I was left in a frustrating back-and-forth between Booking.com and the property manager, with no resolution.
