The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Izzet, who kindly upgraded our room to ensure a more comfortable stay. The hotel also provides an excellent airport shuttle service, which made our one-night layover for our flight to İzmir completely stress-free. Great hospitality!

В данном отеле не впервые,это место стало нашим фаворитом между перелётами,очень чисто,уютно,персонал очень доброжелательный и вежливый.Всегда идут на встречу. Есть русскоговорящий персонал.Нас с комфортом доставили из Сабихи,а на следующий день и в аэропорт Стамбул.Единственный минус -плохое освещение на лестницах. Мы тут ещё остановимся 👍
