Very disappointing and concerning experience. At check-in, the reception staff refused to allow luggage to be brought into the room, claiming the room was too small, despite the reservation being for a Queen Room (27 m²). Shortly after, during the stay, an expensive perfume went missing from inside the suitcase while it was in the room. The issue was reported, and security cameras were checked, but we were told that the exact area where the luggage had been accessed was not covered by surveillance. These two issues — the handling of luggage at check-in and the loss of personal property — are very serious and extremely concerning. I strongly advise future guests to be very careful with their belongings when staying at this property.

The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive. They arranged airport transfer quickly and provided clear instructions for meeting the driver at Istanbul Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient for travelers with early or connecting flights.

Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations for a short airport stay.

I have been staying at Atar Hotel at least once a month ever since it opened, and it has consistently remained my top choice in the area. Even during periods of full booking, when I occasionally had to stay in other hotels, Atar has always been my priority and the place I return to whenever possible. The staff here are genuinely excellent, always welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The transfer service is reliable and convenient, which is especially important when traveling frequently. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for getting proper rest between flights. I always sleep well here, and that alone makes a huge difference during tight travel schedules. I can confidently say that Atar Hotel stands out for its service, comfort, and consistency, and I will continue choosing it as my preferred place to stay in Turkey.

O Hotel é super bem localizado e bem confortável para descansar quando se tem um voo próximo . O café da manhã é simples , mas tem de tudo um pouco , sendo suficiente para deixá-lo satisfeito . Pelo preço , é um café da manhã aceitável. Os funcionários também foram bem acolhedores , principalmente com nosso filho de 3 aninhos .

O barulho dos aviões que atrapalha um pouquinho o sono , mas nada que tenha nos impedido de dormir .
