I would like to say thank you so much for the Loya apartment team they were amazing, so kind, helpful, clean, and quiet close from the maidan the staff were so kind the tried to help us in different ways appreciated hope to visit Tarabzon again..

Location is perfect near Trabzon city centre and super market. Host was friendly. Has lift…

Didn’t have enough pots if you are planning to cook and we didn’t get any even when we asked. That could have been language barrier however! Not enough cutlery. No shampoo and body wash. Smaller than it looks on the photos. Also toilet lid that didn’t stay open and you have to hold it 😂

The location of the property is close to (midan) area about 15 mins walk. It is difficult to walk back because you go up hill. It is hard for old people. The space of the apartment is also good.

The cleanness overall is not much good. I guess this is because of the daily booking and no deep cleaning overall. We had a problem with AC, but the receptionist sort it out in 30 mins.
