Bodrum Local House

The location was quiet and in a good position to visit everything. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Good wifi, comfortable lounge, good balcony, great washing machine. First place with a coffee machine which makes all the difference when a coffee out is more expensive than home. Host responsive to supplying things that were missing such as sharp knife, chopping board. Essential items are often missing. Air conditioners were quiet and effective. Fly screens on sliding patio doors (important). All in all very well appointed and well laid out apartment.

It was one of these your phone is your key places with forms and passports needed to be completed before arrival as nobody actually on site other than cleaner. Ours did not work and cleaner needed to give us a key card. The bed was a small double and not comfortable with a plastic mattress liner and sliding sheets. This was the only major issue with our stay.

Love the location, very close to the marina The apartment was very spacious (much more than the pictures show, so that was a nice surprise!) and clean Bed was very comfy Felt very safe during the whole stay!

There was a strong smell of cigarette, especially in the living room but also in the rest of the house It would have been absolutely perfect otherwise

Absolutely great location and staff there amazing! Very clean and well maintained,you have everything you need to stay for a short break including washing machine (washing powder incl) iron, hair dryer and etc. very spreed communication from the owner of the house,thank you for helping us to print out our boarding passes 🫶

Sofa bed was knackered and kept falling off 😂 Definitely needs replacing though as you can feel all wood panels stabbing your ribs 😂 Maybe welcoming coffee,sugar and milk would be a bonus,plus something like pepper and salt for self catering accommodation would make so much easier 😉
