The receptionist name NAZILI was friendly and helpful.

I did like the rooms breakfast, although at the beginning I got with not nice guy to 202 but later was moved to 204 room by lady Nazli to better room with good air conditioning and good room conditions. Good value for money hotel. Good spa.

I booked a family room, but upon arrival, the family room was not available. Reception doesn't have the information. I had to show my booking info. after that, I was given two separate rooms expecting me to have young kids in different rooms. We spent the night somehow. One of the room's AC wasn't working properly, the other room's shower door had a 1" gap, and all the water was coming out. Breakfast was supposed to be included, however, only one worker was working for the 25-30 guests, we waited 45 mins for breakfast which was pretty much ready-to-eat food except boiled eggs which we never got. After breakfast, we got to our family room, just to find out the bathroom door didn't close. We completed our trip with a guard on the bathroom door. The building is pretty new but construction is very poor.
