Poca cura nella manutenzione dei bagni (abbiamo dormito in due stanze diverse causa problema al piede di mia moglie)

This my another review as booked 3nights longer before arriving. As I had to check in before midnight, Adeeb was kindly showing my domitory room then and explain briefly such as let me taking photo on the board written thier tours etc to make me to rest sooner. He said he will explain more next day. As I felt having the sign of the cold he explain where the nearest phermacy is rather than having their own medicine which is very considerate in their response. Kaan was also other thoughful staff as my mobile phone tecnical knolwdge is poor so he showed how to switch on/off of the Data roming. What more I booked the GYG cheapest balloon tour before the trip in advance and i found that it was driven to near valley and we are disappointed as there were only 5 baloons! in the sky, when I came back I asked Kaan the price the tour from Goreme in the morning next day, he said he will let me know noonish and told me on the call the price was far cheaper than the one I booked. I was traveling with my friend who stayed the other hotel separately, Kaan accepted even with my friend as well. They response always clamly and discriblly sincirely against our any kinds of questions. Nasiri and Ali in the cafetrea are also very friendly staff made my breakfast is sutisfied included the panorama view. When I have some questions about the hotel before arriving they responsed my enquires in short hours ,too. Thank you Adeeb, Kaan, Nasiri, Ali you guys made my first Turkry trip made to return to Cappadocia!! Best Wishes

Good location for walking, rooftop area for sunrise and sunset, helpful staff, generous breakfast.

For the first night, being in a cave room was a fun novelty. However, by night two, the lack of a window for any natural light, the general damp created from having a shower (even the aircon on dehumidifier setting did not help) and the feeling of being underground really disturbed my peace. The bed was made with a flat sheet which came undone every night so you woke on a bare mattress and the bathroom is one small room of toilet, sink and shower head on the wall so everything gets wet and you must keep your toilet paper in the wardrobe.

Lokalizacja wyśmienita, wszystko w Goreme do zrobienia na nogach. Fajny taras, z którego można podziwiać balony, gdy akurat nie chce Ci się jechać gdzieś dalej. Miły, życzliwy personel.

Klimat mieszkania w jaskini w pierwszej chwili zapiera dech w piersiach, a potem okazuje się, że nie masz czym oddychać. Zero wentylacji, jedyne okienko było obok drzwi wejściowych, byliśmy 4 noce i nie dało się wyspać przez brak powietrza. Gdybym mogła zaplanować wyjazd jeszcze raz, zostałabym jedną noc dla doświadczenia czegoś nowego, a potem przeniosla się do „normalnego” pokoju. Śniadanie było różnorodne i uwzględniało zwyczaje z różnych kultur, ale było na zasadzie first come, first serve. Jesli o godz 9.00 skończyły się pancakes, nikt juz ich nie usmażył dla tych, co przyszli na śniadanie później.

Ich bin sehr begeistert von allen Mitarbeitern. Die waren alle sehr hilfsbereit, höflich und sehr freundlich. Besonders der Edip hat uns von Anfang an viel geholfen. Man kann sich die Luftballons von Terasse aus auch anschauen. Es gab ein ausreichendes Frühstück.

Zimmer konnte besser geputzt werden.

The stay is just amazing . Location is great near to everything and the staffs are super helpful and they provide the right information .
