Otel konum itibariyle çok merkezi bir lokasyonda bulunuyor. Personel çok kibar ve güler yüzlü. İnanılmaz temiz ve aşırı rahat. Dedeman kalitesi diyebiliriz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Very good localisation, clean and big room

Very poor English, only reception staff speak correctly.

Ankaranın merkezinde temiz ve ferah bir seyahat yaşadık. Hizmetten gerçekten memnun kaldık, çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. İngilizceden dilimize geçmiş "sir" kalıbı yani türkçesi "efendim" çok fazla kullanılıyor personeller tarafından. "Evet efendim" gibi. Bence bu kadar söylenmesine gerek yok, bütün çalışanlar kibar ve işini iyi yapıyor. Umarım otel yöneticisi bu yorumu okur ve bununla ilgili düzenleme yapar.

Great location, very clean and modern.

During my 3 days stay the wi-fi only worked for about 30 minutes. I told the front desk every day and they said they were aware and working on it with the provider. Not acceptable. Most of the front desk staff was not welcoming/friendly at all.

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff spoke excellent English and were very pleasant to talk to. Their friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly satisfied!
