This is a great hotel run by a wonderful family. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in the old town, but it is easily accessible by taxi, which is a significant advantage. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The terrace offers stunning views of the Mesopotamian Valley, and guests can enjoy a full, varied, and delicious homemade breakfast. The main advantage of this hotel is its owners. They are amazing people who are very friendly, kind, and open-minded, and it is very comfortable and enjoyable to spend time with them. They will become your friends. We definitely recommend this hotel without any doubts

Hned po příjezdu nám byl nabídnut pokoj vyšší kategorie než jsme měli zarezervován (Nur), moc děkujeme, byl prostorný a dobře vybavený, kdybychom byli v pokoji, který jsme si zarezervovali, hodnocení 10 bych ani přes výborný servis nedala, pokoj byl velmi malý, nedaly se tam rozložit kufry, byl hned u recepce, tak pozor na to, který typ pokoje objednáváte V hodnocení hodnotím lepší pokoj

Had an amazing stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. They served home cooked breakfast and it’s delicious. The hosts was super friendly and responsive(English wasn’t a problem) — made check-in really easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff is very helpful and attentive.

The shower area need improvement.The water seal is not be able to hold the water so when you shower the water go outside the shower room and it take 2 days until the water dry out.

Otelin konumu muhteşem.Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Konak’ın tarihi,güzelliği ve sunduğu imkanlar çok harikaydı. Özenle hazırlanmış kahvaltı çok keyifliydi.Güne harika bir başlangıç sunuyor. Mehmet Bey’e,annesine ve her bir kardeşine ayrı ayrı teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Mardin — just a 2-minute walk from all the charming and elegant spots. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you all for your hospitality — we’ll definitely come back again!
