Sehr nettes Personal, super Pool.

Die Zimmer im neuen Trakt sind gut, im alten Trakt nicht. Personal hat unser Zimmer sofort getauscht.

It is ok because of it location and it’s reasonable prices,

it has poor service, and limited breakfast I faced a problem with the shower

Calisanlar guler yüzlü, herseye ilgililer. Havuz cok guzel ve temiz. Kahvalti acik büfesi guzel cesitliydi, yemek ve icecekler bölümü de guzeldi. Odalar temiz kullanışlı, klima guzel calisyor istediğin gibi. Sadece yataklar rahat değildi. Zamanla onlari yenilerse otel daha konforlu olabilir. Genel olarak tavsiye ederim cok begendik

Worst experiense, did not like anything.

No Elevator (should have informed before I booked). I had to climb 3 floors. No telephone in room. No WiFi given and nothing mentioned in room about WiFi password. No toiletries in the bathroom. I did not stay for the 2nd night and took another hotel. My money was wasted.

Nothing really

Staff wasn't helpful. I got a horrible room initially. I arrived at 11 pm, and had to wait for over an hour to get a different room. But they didn't want me to give a different room. Staff was never helpful. The room was noisy - it was near the exit, so people were walling 24/7 in the corridor. No support during earthquake. Cleaners ignored the do not disturb sign on the door. The staff changed my bed only once in 2 weeks. Food was terrible and overpriced.

The location is perfect and the area is safe.

The room wasn't clean and smell of cigarettes in the room. Even to replace things in the bathroom you have to ask. Overall it is a very good hotel but they have to clean better and get rid of the filthy smell.
