Sempre molto gradito quando trovo il bollitore con te e caffè da poter preparare. Buona la colazione , ottima posizione centrale, molto disponibili a farmi parcheggiare la moto di fronte la struttura

The location is good and it's nice that there is parking across the street.

Only the elderly man at the reception, as well as the hotel manager, were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything else was simply shocking and had nothing to do with the pictures on booking.com. Above all, the hygiene was beyond reproach! The hotel owners need to invest in renovating the bathrooms and replacing the beds, which are like in a mountain hut.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel entsprach in keiner Weise den Bildern und der Beschreibung auf Booking. Das Zimmer war ungepflegt, unhygienisch und teilweise mit Schimmel befallen. Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Zudem wurden meine berechtigten Beschwerden und Fotos vom Hotel einfach abgestritten, was ich als sehr unprofessionell empfinde. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

The staff were friendly, attentive, kind, and solution-oriented 🤝😊. Their assistance from check-in to check-out clearly reflected the importance given to guest satisfaction. The hotel facilities, room service, and overall service quality were above our expectations 🛎️🌟. The breakfast was sufficient, delicious, and enjoyable, and the coffee was also very good ☕🥐.
