Renovated, we booked family suite which was very spacious. Very minimalistic, which is something we appreciate in an hotel room. Has small kitchenette with fridge kettle and microwave. Eventhough our room was looking over the fortress and mountains the view was beautiful. Last but not least the breakfast is very rich.

No plates or utensils at all. Only glasses. Lady at the check out asked for us to wait while they “”check” the room. I didn’t quite get what they check as there was nothing to take away 😂 The bathroom was bit dusty. But no big deal.

Lack of Parking and fitness! Also, very few employees were able to communicate in English.

The location is fabulous. The staff in the restaurant were super attentive and welcoming. The room was very clean.

The airconditioning was very loud. It Kept me awake but did not cool the room. The safe was not working but was replaced. The room was very small.
