1,5 yaşındaki kızım ve eşimle birlikte 1 gece konakladık. Her şey yeni, çok temiz, düzenli ve odaları çok geniş. Kahvaltısı basit ama doyurucuydu. Tekrar tercih ederim ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

"Güzel Dizayn & Eksik Hizmet"

Hotelin temizliği ve oda dizaynı harikaydı. Ama bu tek başına yeterli değil. Hotelde petekleri açmadıklarını ve klima ile ısınmamız gerektiğini belirttiler. Tüm samimiyetimle iade etmek istiyorum ki tüm gece 30'da çalışmasına rağmen oda bir türlü ısınmadı. Özellikle sabaha doğru vücudum kaskatı kesilmiş gibi oldu. Haklarını yemek istemem, hotelde birçok detaya dikkat edilmiş. Oda ve banyo çok zarifti. Tüm bunlara ek olarak kahvaltısını da eleştirmek istiyorum. Tam bir hastane kantini konseptinde yapılmış yan tarafındaki restoranda sunuyorlar kahvaltıyı, tabak şeklinde. Fakat tabakta ince dilim bir tost peyniri, iki üç zeytin, bir iki salatalık ve domates vardı. Kesinlikle ortam soğuktu. Yemeden ayrıldık. Belirtmek isterim ki Bursa Merkez'de aynı rakamlara açık büfe kahvaltısı bulunan 3-4 yıldızlı hoteller mevcut. Biz Epik Hotel'in tasarımından etkilenip kalmak istemiştik. Eğer ısınma ve kahvaltı problemlerini çözerlerse herşey mükemmel

Hacivat ve Karagöz temalı otel odalar geniş ve konforlu.Çocuklar çok beğendi. Benim için müze gibi geldi her oda da farklı karakterlerin olduğu numaralar var hem öğretici hem de eğlenceli idi. Tavsiye ederim.

Valla fiyatına göre çok çok iyi bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. 1 yaşında bebeğimizle gittik. Odada her detay düşünülmüş ve temizdi. Recepsiyon çok ilgili. Park sorunu yok. Kahvaltı da gayet makul ve güzeldi. Bursa'da kalma ihtiyacı oluştuğunda ilk gideceğimiz yer.
