"Temizlik gayet güzel"

Otopark sorunu dışında otel çok iyi. Oadalar konforlu, girişte çocuk için ayrıca ödeme aldılar, bu biraz can sıkıcıydı. Kahvaltı yan cafede yapılıyordu biraz vasattı. Ancak otelin temizliği çok iyiydi. İki gece kaldık, genel anlamda memnun ayrıldık.

Ailemizle bayramda gittik. Kültür gezisi için gittiğimizdrn. Akşamlatı sadece yatmak için kullanacaktık. Temizlik konfor gayet iyi. Odaların temizlenmesi için mutlaka sabah resepsitına haber vermek gerekiyor. Trkrar Bursaya gidersem bu oteli seçerim. Heryere yakın merkezi ve uygun fiyat.

Hersey cok guzeldi. Odalar temizdi. Hacivat-Karagöz konsepti cok hoş kizimiz cok beğendi. Kahvaltiya katilmadik gec kaldik. Otopark biraz sorun olabilir belki arac yer sayisi az. Genel itibariyle iyiydi. Calisanlar cok ilgiliydi.

Her şey harikaydı. Sadece kahvaltı veren cafe sahipleri saygısızdı. Hotelin bence sahiplerle konuşması gerekiyor. Cafeden bir çalışan bize kahvaltı 7.30-8 arası başlıyor dedi biz de 40 geçe gittik. Kahvaltı 8’den önce başlamıyor diye gidip hotel görevlisini getirdiler şikayet ettiler resmen. Hotel görevlisinin de şikayet üzerine arkadaşlar zaten 15-20 dakika var 8’e dalga mı geçiyorsunuz :)) demesi gerekirken bize gelip biraz bekler misiniz demesi çok saçmaydı, saygısız bir üslubu olmadığı için bir şey demedim tabii ki. Ancak bu şekilde müşteriye davranılmaz.. ayrıca kahvaltı 8:10’da geldi :) onun dışında her şey çok iyi olduğundan puan kırmıyorum, başka müşteriler kırabilir böyle bir davranışa…
