We stayed at the villa for 2 nights, my friend got her menstrual flow and unfortunately it stained 3 bedsheets. The stain no bigger than the size of an adult hand. We were shocked the next day when cleaner attended, took a picture of the stain and then the manager had bought the sheets to the new room we were moved to. We moved to a new room because there was a dead insect in the first room pool and the room was dirty. My friend was told she had to wash the sheets otherwise would be charged 500baht per sheet which is a rip off. This is absolutely ridiculous, in all my years of travel I have never seen the manager advise a guest to wash the linen. We spent almost 3 hrs that afternoon washing the linen, then was told we had to drag it to the front desk and show a staff member. The experience was HUMILIATING, horrendous and damn straight disgusting. This is 2024 , get better soap products to wash stained linen. It’s one thing to travel all day, feel tired and wanting to relax but it’s another to go through all this to have the worst experience of any hotel I have ever stayed at. 2nd night my friend slept on the ground so she wouldn’t stain the linen, imagine having your menstrual flow and feeling uncomfortable and then having to resort to sleeping on the floor. The WORST HOTEL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
