Perfektno cist apartman u centru Bormia, u mirnoj ulici. Sve je bilo kao u opisu apartmana. Preporuka!

Na momente je nedostajao klima uredjaj, bilo je malo toplije.

We appreciated helpful staff, we got an immediate response to anything we needed to know.

location was a bit dissapponiting at first as booking claimed 500m from ski area which definitely is more and it is not possible to reach with ski boots on but the skibuses were perfect and the bus stops were very close, one even in front of the accomodation.

Clean and well furnished flat, short walking distance from the village center

Some traffic noise, building without windows (only glass walls) causing a permanent bad smell in the common parts (stairs, corridors), garage parking places smaller than a medium size car. Poor quality services from the local travel agent (wrong and misleading communications and reservations), but the lowest score is mainly due to one the receptionists. Angry and bothered face before we crossed the entrance door, aggressive and impolite behavior, zero empathy and support, absolutely unfit to cover a customer service position
