TempurPedic Quartz Balcony Modern

It is a wonderful place, nice and safe. Close to the local attractions. We truly recommend to come visit.

The Good: The house is of built in the last decade, and modern furniture. Location is good for the airport, although 30 mins from downtown. Availability of coffee maker and filters, or K-cup. Each room had en-suite. The bad: 1. Few of the bowls were dirty and stained. 2. The dish towels were very stained and dirty, just terrible. 3. Dead bird on the balcony, that the ‘cleaner’ had not removed, very obvious and central! 4. There were no pillows on the beds, only throw pillows. We found queens and pillow cases in the linen closet and made our own beds. 5. Towels were stained, assuming from prior guests’ toothpaste etc? 6. The towels were thin. We complained, and were told to find others in the linen closet? 7. The master shower handle is broken, and a water leak from the shower has not been repaired and pulling the base board off around the shower. 8. No window treatments in the living room, hence not private. 9. Door to the garage is stiff, and had to be slammed to shut it. There was also No access code till 1 hour before check in, and emails and text messages from 4 different people, with no coordinated communication.

Property was clean, well maintained and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

The night we checked in we questioned whether bedding had been changed as multiple beds had hair on the sheets and one bed had a sticky, milky substance on it. There is a washer and dryer on the property along with extra linen. So, after traveling for 12 hours we washed linen and made beds. The host apologized and came the next day to remake 1 of the beds. I'd requested different sheets be used but I guess the original sheets were washed and placed on the bed. The Host responsiveness is appreciated. She did agree to give us a discount on the cleaning fee. Overall the townhouse is nice. It is tastefully decorated and there is even an office if you have to work while on vacation.

Roomy home with comfortable beds. Nice newer neighborhood, convenient to dining and shops. A little noisy due to a busy road nearby. It was in the 90s so we had to use fans found in a closet....so to not freeze everyone else. Would stay here again. There are 3 kevels with 2 bedrooms up and one on bottom floor
