Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr bemühte und. gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Ein kleines Frühstück war vorbereitet.

Der Trepüen-Weg zum Haus war in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt.

Erica ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich super. Die Wohnung war schön groß und geräumig.

Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einer Klimaanlage, das war vollkommen ausreichend für kühle Nächte. Die Küche ist unter anderem mit Gasherd und Ofen ausgestattet. Für die Kaffeezubereitung ist ein Espressokocher vorhanden. Kurz ein YouTube-Video zur Erklärung angeschaut und dann konnte man damit köstlichen italienischen Kaffe zubereiten. Die Ferienwohnung erreicht man über mehrere Treppen. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf Como. Die Gastgeberin Erica ist sehr nett, hilfsbreit, spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist immer zu erreichen, wenn man Sie braucht. Um die Ferienwohnung mit dem Auto zu erreichen, muss man ein wenig bergauf fahren. Aber die Straßen sind breit genug für zwei Autos. Ein fester Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden. Man kann an der Straße vor dem Haus parken oder 50 Meter weiter weg auf einem Parkplatz gegenüber einer Kirche - beides kostenlos. Wir haben immer eine Parkmöglichkeit gefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Cara Erica, grazie mille per vostra grande ospilità. Cari saluti!

Spacious, clean, well equipped - a whole two bedroom house which was way nicer and bigger than we expected. The host was incredible before and during our stay, with fantastic communication and nothing was too hard to do for you.

House was up a windy narrow road which was a bit scary for non Italian drivers - and the house up 3 flights of stairs from where you part the car which was a bit hard if you had too much luggage like we did!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has an excellent view. It is very quiet. The AC(bedroom units) and washer were functional.

Things to note for future guests. There are about 70 steps to get to the apartment. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't find parking along the stone wall or down by the church. After that, about 40% of the time we found parking along the stone wall and the rest we had to park about 150m away on a narrow windy road. There's not much of a sidewalk but I suppose drivers are used to people walking there. At the day of check out we found a few little worms crawling on the floor. The host said that happens but they do put repellent out between guests.

House is great, has everything you need, Erica is a wonderful host who is very attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately it’s very hard to get around Como. So getting taxis was hard, walking 25 minutes up a steep hill was not ideal late at night. Especially with the windy roads and crazy Italian drivers speeding past. In addition, there are over 60 stairs up to the property from the road so it’s a long way with heavy suitcases.
