the customer service number provided was not working. the address for lock box with keys did not have a home number. the entire street had lock boxes and I ended up trying every one of them. the pictures did not look like property. the property had spiral stairs and I had multiple suitcases. the keys did not open door and I ended up getting another hotel and did not stay. horrible experience.

Great location with great view

Cute little apartment with everything you need, location was very good and close to everything. Situated up on the 4th floor with wonderful views of Lake Como. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good.

More attention to the set up of the property is needed. There were many littlw things that made it diifciult and could be easily solved by someone actually checking that things work before a guest arrives. e.g. - Wifi router was not switched on and was not easy to find; - a list of how to use the facilties in the property; - the washing machine is useless as it doesn't wash or rinse properly and is past its use-by date; - notification of what floor the apartment is on would be good so you don't have to disturb all the neighbours; - some of the power points work and some don't; - no tea towels provided; - the bathroom lights didn't work; - the coffee machine didn't heat the water as it made a coffee;

The view was very nice from the dining area.

The only bathroom was located outside the unit in a common hallway. That part of the hallway was not visited by any other building occupant but it was described as “in the unit” which, in my opinion, was not accurate.

/1/ Bathroom was private but outside the flat with a key and very small. /2/ Air-conditioning was only available in the living area. Bedrooms have only heating. /3/ Third floor with no lift. /4/ No balcony.

The lake view is beautiful, location is great. Beautiful floor and nice design . Very spacious.

It seems like many things are still not working in this apartment, and it should be in the market just yet. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, this was written in a tiny part in the end of the booking page, very easy to miss. The washing machine isn't really cleaning properly. We had to use Laundry services The house maintenance is not in a high standard, some lights weren't working, some walls need fixing. The bathroom and the toilet are not part of the apartment and that wasn't mentioned in the description at all. The bathroom is an another floor, which you have to get out of the apartment to the building stairwell, take a few more steps up and use another key to open the bathroom. This is a very low standard and very upsetting. The fridge was makeing noises and the TV didn't work at all. The Wifi password wasn't mentioned anywhere in a clear way and we had to find it ourselves using the router instructions.
