Studio Calari with terrace by Wonderful Italy

The studio itself was nice, clean and with a good location in the city center. The only black spot was that I forgot my AirPods in the apartment and in a few hours after leaving I sent a note to the host about it , and the place in the apartment where I left them. They were sending me answers that couldn’t find it, though I sent a screen from apple Locator, that AirPods were there when we left the apartment. After a few days there were no answers at all on my messages. Very disappointing.

It was a good size with a lovely terrace out the back that was very nice to sit out at on an evening.

The electrics are quite old so the power went out a few times even when just turning on a light so we had to keep going downstairs to the central fuse box to fix it.

The location is very central and the place is clean.

The air conditioning is old and very weak, but more importantly, the wifi never worked at all during the 10 days I was there and the host made no effort to fix the problem (the slogan "smart working" currently pasted on the ad's images is a bit of a joke, I really would have needed the wifi for my job). My messages were ignored until the day before departure and even then they just said sorry, it seems it doesn't work then (the router is actually somewhere outside the place). Before arriving, they are very active on Whatsapp though, various employees text you about a mandatory pre-registration online (unusual: you're asked to upload a photo of your passort), a tourist fee pre-payment and check-in. But when you encounter a problem, silence. On that last day when they did respond, I was told I may be able to get some money back, but when I followed up, again no reply. Friends of mine staying in town at the same time had a similar experience with this agency.

Location. Very close to city center.

the apartment was cold, furniture is old but not vintage, the terrace was accessible through the bathroom. The price was too high for the conditions
