Cedartree Hotel Portland Hillsboro

This is our go to hotel when we are traveling to the Portland area. Love the clean, modern Japanese inspired lines of the hotel. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Love the Waterfalls restaurant inside the hotel, food selection and prices are very good. We always eat here when we stay at the hotel. The value for the rooms and the service is exceptional. Great bedding, and comfortable beds and pillows!

The only complaint and this is very minor is that our Keurig machine had water in the well that had ants in it, probably just an oversite on housekeeping's part. And I have never had anything to complain about in the last 4 visits and this was very minor to me, it happens.

Hello. The hotel is very modern and comfortable to stay in, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Thank you! I have a suggestion: please put gel and shampoo dispensers in the rooms where the daily rate is $120. It's very strange that I stayed for three days and only got one small bottle for one use. There aren't enough disposable slippers in the pool area, and when they asked for a $100 deposit per day instead of a total for the entire stay, it caused me to react negatively. I stayed for three days and was asked to pay a $300 deposit. This is unheard of, and since this is a northern state, it would be great if you could install a gas fireplace with a bench outside where guests could wrap themselves in a blanket and drink wine. I wish you continued success and good guests!

It’s only a couple years old. It was super clean and the staff was excellent! The pool was super cool and different!

It was a little stark. Which wasn’t bad just different than what we are used to.
