Wonderful Wailea Condo with Lanai Water Views

This is a nice property but our check-in was not as planned due to the property manager's lack of communication. First of all, this property is located in a maze of streets, apple and google maps both kept taking us to the wrong address which was close by but had we not asked a resident there, we could not have found it, the property manager sent instructions with screenshot of map not until late at night which would've helped tremendously. Finally after finding the property, we walked in and the place is a mess, beds are not made, dirty towels on the floor. The check-in time was 3, we got in at 4:30. On the day of arrival, I asked the property manger if early check-in was possible, he said that he asked the cleaning crew and early checkin is not possible, however, the cleaning crew walked in right after we entered and said that they were never contacted about our stay, the PM flat out lied to us. The cleaning lady however was nice and cleaned the bedroom and bathroom only in an hour. On the day of our check out, I asked the PM if a little later check out was possible, and they said it's not after "asking the cleaning crew"

Great view, very nice space

Property manager mischarged damage fees that was not caused by the guest due to cleaner’s fault. Property manager’s communication was not respecting the facts thus led to a bad experience. They insisted on that I damaged the airbed but the reality was that I didn’t even know where the airbed is.

We had such an amazing stay! Prior to arrival we were provided with all the information we needed to make arrival easy and make our stay feel like home. This property had everything we could possibly need and was so clean. Like squeaky clean! And the view!! We stayed in December and we could see whales from the lanai! There are some great restaurants and a chocolate shop nearby that we walked to. We also walked to a luau at a nearby resort. We would absolutely stay here again

This property was beautiful and the view from the lanai was amazing. The unit was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The only negative was the confusing remote controls for all the lights, fans, shades, A/C units. A simple switch on the wall would be better. Also, the bedroom A/C unit did not work so the room was very warm. Besides that, everything was amazing.

The unit was great: quiet; amazing views; an incredibly comfortable, large king size bed; nice patio furniture; easy parking; and full of amenities not usually included in similar places (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). We come to Mail several times a year and will definitely stay here again.
