Casa Cervo - Stunning Home In Great Location, Walkable To Restaurants, Shopping, And The Beach! 4 Bedroom Home by Redawning

When you first arrive at the property everything looks good but when we walked in we quickly realized that the house had not been cleaned properly as food and drinks were still there from previous guest. Master bed room on the lower level bed wasn’t even made . Covers were still in the wash and the washer wasn’t working. It looked like they rushed to get the property rented becaUse all the boxes from the tv’s , dressers and outside patio was still on the property. Pool was just completed and all the pipes and poles were still exposed on the ground. Had to call RedAwning many times just to get the host to call so he could send someone over to fix the washer. The host at first was very nice but then became very intrusive. Everytime he would call he would ask me what were me and my family’s plans while there . I then Asked him if it would be ok to have dinner with family , he said yes as long as it wasn’t a party then after I checked out charged me $2000 for having a party with out permission. When I tried to contact him and get to the bottom of this outrageous charge he blocked me. Very unprofessional! I will not be using RedAwning or this house again.
