"Fantastic property and service"

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again.

"Comfortable studio walking distance from Bologna center"

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious studio apartment 10 min walk from the center of Bologna. The check in process and collection of keys was remote and very easy. The studio had everything needed, including a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and extra pair of pillow was provided. The bathroom was modern and spacious enough. There is a smart TV in the room which works perfectly. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a big car park just round the corner - we travelled by car and this was not a problem. So all in all great find and we would recommend to other travellers!

A simple coffee machine with capsules would be a great addition to the studio. It was a bit tricky to use the moka pot.

Facilities were great Was very clean Had everything you would need for a short break Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

A bit of a trek from the train station but we did know that before booking
