Great position, nice Building new apartment. Marco, the owner is really helpful and responsive

No black out blind or shutters on the windows. At 5.00 in the morning the light gets in the rooms and you wake up. Marco kindly found a temporary measure to tackle the problem. External shutters should be maintained regularly as the sea salts affects them.

Very nice apartment! We had a great contact with the owner. Very helpful. Great location to old town like 5 min walking distance. Nice and clean. We would be happy to recommend this apartment highly.

Just 2 minor things for the owner. It would good to have tea towels in kitchen and soap in the bathroom. We love the apartment.

The apartment is in a good location, close to the old town and waterfront. The host was very helpful and gave us good recommendations on where to eat and very clear instructions on how to find the apartment and the key, which we really appreciated. The apartment is comfortable with basic kitchen facilities, but enough for a short stay. The hot water in the large shower was excellent, which was great because we arrived in a terrible storm. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is obviously a summer rental and has possibly not been used for some time. The large balcony, which we would have liked to use, was covered in thick brown dust and dirt. We had to clean the clothes rack off before we could hang our wet clothes out. The apartment was tidy but in need of a good clean (especially the bathroom) and some maintenance. There was no soap in the handwash container, no rubbish bags, etc.

Modern and very functional apartment. Well equipped. Perfect location.

Please get sponges that scratch well enough to clean pots properly. Also maybe fully opaque curtains for the sleeping room could be useful.
