Casa Roncati Deluxe by Wonderful Italy

Great location, even though a busy street is next to the windows you can’t hear much of the noise inside. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. We explored Bellagio in the mornings and evenings and during the day we left to other towns. It was a great plan since many people go to Bellagio to spend their day and it gets very crowded.

We stayed in late September and the house was very cold during the nights and we couldn’t turn the heat on. Also, the bathroom upstairs has mold on the ceiling.

This property was just a few steps from Salita Serbelloni which is the most popular street in Bellagio. Close to the restaurant and just a short walk to the Ferry. From the balcony you could see the street. The apartment was very clean, modern. we only stayed 2 night, but it has all the amenities for someone who wants to stay there for an extended period. Kitchen , Fridge Washer Dryer and etc. There was Air conditioning in the 2 bed rooms.

A perfect location to the centre of the Lake Como experience. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and responsive to our communication. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Good alternative to getting a hotel, especially if you want more space and better value. Good location (once you can find it) but you have to be prepared to walk up the hills in town, lug your suitcases and park far away (like ~1 km).

The parking situation is a disaster. The hosts were virtually zero help. I had to do my own research to figure out how and where to park in Bellagio. Furthermore, finding the apartments was also a disaster, especially with luggage. The hosts -- who were really good about making sure that all my payments were on time -- should have been equally as proactive to explain the parking and arrival process in detail. Even Google Maps couldn't find the address (I subsequently updated the location on Google Maps, so now maybe it'll work in the future). Then, there was not hot water, luke warm at best. Seemed like the hosts were really focused on collecting their fees but not making sure the guests have an easy experience navigating the challenging logistics of the little, hilly town.

Fantastic location.

There were only plastic wine glasses. (And all the glasses looked dirty). It would be nice if there were some nice glasses.
