Happy Family Apartments San Luca

Communication was horrible. They sent me the wrong location. I was in a very dangerous area with kids, luggage and frustrated because I was unable to find the place. They never sent anyone to check on us to help. I finally walked back to the train station with my kids and had to looked for another place to stay. The other place was not cheap at all.

Property was exactly like the pictures, and the property owners were very helpful when we had questions. The property itself is on a very busy alley with lots of noisy locals late into the night but the building itself is very secure.

The apartment is spacious. Everything that is written about the contents of the apartment is owned. The host really made an effort. Praise

I had a fantastic stay at Genova! The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating throughout my entire visit. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Spacious , new and reasonably equipped apartment. Air conditioning in all rooms. Very clean Comfortable beds

Apartment at the fourth floor. There is a flight of stairs before reaching the lift (it didn’t bother us, but could be problematic for some to carry their luggage to the lift). In the alley across the apartment there are streetwalkers (I cannot find a more polite expression) working night and day. Every night there was some kind of fights and noise outside disturbing our sleep. Also on check out the cleaners rang the bell and knocked at the door several times at 9:30am waking us up although we agree a check out at 12:00.
