The apartment was clean. The private parking garage was the best (I had no worry about my car). The staff was pretty amazing. When my wife and I arrived, the AC wasn't working. When I told the staff, their maintenance guy (thank you C), took the problem really seriously and fixed the problem ASAP. I really recommend to stay here 👍

The location was fine. San Felice is a pleasant, residential area.

The property is listed as having air-conditioning. This is not true. When I asked the hosts they mentioned that there was a portable unit, which I eventually found wedged in a cupboard. These units blow cold air out the front and hot air out the back so they only work if you are able to vent the hot air. Otherwise they heat the room up. The vent tube was broken and wouldn't have reached the windows anyway so there was no way to use the portable unit. It was 30 - 40 oC throughout my stay and I would never have considered renting a property that didn't have air-con. It was too hot to sleep so I ended up staying with friends in the area and moved out 2 days early. There were other issues, like the fact that the coffee machine didn't work and the place smelled like paint but those would be irritants only. The air-con issue to my mind is deliberate misrepresentation of the facilities.

The nice green area, well maintained - as for the appartment, all is there to have a confortable stay

Nice and quiet with lots of nice views, people are friendly close to local shops and Cafe

30 minutes away from central Milan very had to get a transport I had a appointment in the hospital san raffaele for my son, we waited for Uber nearly 1 hour on a Monday morning never turned up. We went to local supermarket very nice staff called a taxi for us, we got late for oppointment
