Luxurious Home with Theatre Room

It was conveniently close to the beach.

Check in was delayed because there was so much damage and issues with the property that it was not ready for hours after check in time. The maintenance team described the house as "badly damaged" when we arrived. Beds were broken and held up by cinderblock, dishwasher broken, coffee maker, ice machine and toilets broken. Holes in the stairs and walls. The areas around the house and pool were covered in trash. Property management was contacted but attempts at resolutions were ignored.

The Unit was good looking but needs updated with walls, appliances, floor and everything..

Very dirty, the beds were felty with beds bugs, master bed was broken and it was hold with bricks under the bed, the shower had human hair all over and mattress and bed were felty and cheap.

The place was beautiful with the decor. My family was impressed by the large space. And the location across the street from the ocean. Everything was close such as grocery stores, family dollar, or dollar general. Very comfortable beds and the theater room and pool table in the theater room was awesome.

Only a few things were needed that could use more TLC, the towels and wash cloths would be nice if it was doubled per bedroom. The place could be dusted a little more. No iron, but had an ironing board. The ice maker and water weren't working but we had no problem buying ice and water. Only a couple of pots and pans, went out to purchase a few. And last but not least should be fumigated for spiders, quite a few spiders in my room. But overall I will definitely recommend this place. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Very impressed with the overall house.

Everything was excellent. The property manager kept constant contact throughout the entire process.

It has been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my deposit back. The house was left in the manner it was in when we arrived & we took pictures. I was told I would receive it within 5 days & nothing as of yet.

The house was not clean, there was even garbage from the previous clients, there were cockroaches and they rented the house twice and they gave the door code and they came in when my family was in the house, the jacuzzi does not work and I sent photos and videos of everything to the person in charge and they still withhold the $500 deposit even though we comply with the rules, it is a way to pressure customers not to complain about the bad service they provide.

Mildew smell, cock roaches in the kitchen, living room and bedroom, broken toilet lid, cracked stove, no broom to clean, no wifi & maintenance didn't show up until we were checking out after calling from fri-sunday.
