Green House Regatola by Wonderful Italy

It is a lovely apartment in a nice location. It is really good that there is a parking place. We really loved the view from one window. Be aware that there is no lift which was not a problem for us luckily. Overall, it was a good stay.

The property is well located with great views of the lake and neighbourhood in a secure apartment building.

The wonderful Italy team was awful and didn’t provide the complete check-in details. We were stranded for 5 hours even after repeated calls and messages- they stopped responding. Finally a sweet neighbour helped us with the owner’s direct contact details, which is when the owner provided the check-in details. Wonderful Italy was rude and didn’t give us any support or help.

Shower needs to be replaced. It is broken.

Whole apartment was wonderfully furnished - you'd find everything you need there. From cleaning supplies to fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy and we got more than enough towels. The views were to die for - due to flat being on a top floor we've seen basically everything Lake Como had to offer. Bathroom had more than enough shower gel for whole group during the entire stay which was surprising but very much appreciated. There is a quite nice way from Bellagio shore to the apartment during which we could see some of the city.

Internet connection was sometimes a little bit slow but it wasn't much of an issue. We've been lacking unfortunately in trash bags and toilet paper but we were able to buy these when the need has come.

The place was well presented and we were made very welcome.
