AUFacilities were great - nice pool. Very spacious apartment with outdoor furniture as well. East parking and access to the center. Nice a peaceful to get away from the crowds in Bellagio when required.
Only fault is they could supply a swimming towel in addition to the bath towel.

Inchecken. Er moest een exacte tijd worden gegeven wanneer we aankwamen. Tussen 15 en 16 u volstond niet. Toen gaven we 16 u aan. Vervolgens werd er om 15 u gevraagd of we echt niet eerder konden komen. We moesten nog ongeveer een uur rijden. Om 15.55 u waren we en kwam lieten ze ons 3 kwartier wachten.
FIBlue Bellagio is a beautiful resort. We had a good size, well equipped apartment, and the pool area was great. The location is quite ok some 1,5 km from Bellagio"s heart, the old town by harbour. The apartment on ground floor had a small sitting area on both sides with table and chairs as well as sunbeds. The kitchen has everything from toaster to capsule coffee machine & dishwasher, and the bathroom has a washing machine. The air conditioner was really good.
I was irritated by the bureaucratic communications of their (Wonderful Italy') staff. They kept sending messages before and during our stay, repeating their policies, forcing to sign super long policy documents, when I had already paid and everything had been confirmed weeks ago. They also insisted on copies of ID's. The communications was inconsistent. Our "welcoming agent" sent some messages, then other guys from different phone numbers. The guy who was supposed to meet us first postponed, then was not at the meeting place at the given time. He came late, making no apologies, and explained things to us in a great hurry and disappeared. We met a family that told us they'd never met any staff members. There is no breakfast available. If you want friendly people to make yourself feel safe and welcome, this is not for you. We had no trouble but I wouldn't like to get into a disagreement with this establishment. Customer wouldn't be right. Apart from the unexisting staff, poor communications and policy irritation the premises as such are really good and our stay was comfortable.
nightmare trip took train to como from milan taci driver did not know where blue bellagio was and could not find on the his i phone map . took bus to propertylocation on expedia site . got off at designated stop no signs no road local restaurant had no idea where blu bellagio was or even what it was . had tried to call hotel and wonderful italy for 3 days prior with minimal assistance. and no help how to get yo the property would mot even respond until following. a local contact for check n could not te us how to get to property either . stood on side of road for 30 minutes with luggage in 97 degree heat took bus back to como and was anle to get a hotel there.... terrible communication. cost us money, time, and lots of stress. worst travel ecperience rver

Location was slightly far out from the town with lots of hills. Lots of insects and bugs around and in the room.
