Location perfect to wander gentle 10-15 minute walk into the historical centre of Ostuni. Free, safe, secluded parking adjacent to property at end of the street where the property is situated at a dead-end turning square with an enclosing surrounding wall. Had no concerns at all about leaving hire car there. The property is in a quiet, residential street just off a main road with only vehicles of the various residents accessing the street. It is at the end of the street. Inside is the deceiving secret; from the outside it appears a fairly average property but Ana Maria has tastefully furnished the interior throughout with modern, elegant fixtures and fittings. The tiling and paintwork all appear brand new. The kitchen/dining area are modern, fully equipped and has everything needed for a self-catered stay. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfy double bed with lovely linen. The room is bright and tastefully tiled and decorated. There is a huge walk-in closet to hang clothes or fold items on shelves and has a full length mirror inside. Again, the spacious shower room is tastefully furnished in modern, bright fixtures and has a great roomy shower; beautiful towels and toiletries were provided. Usual teas and coffee cartridges were provided for the electric coffee make. The usual wrapped brekky pastries, cereals, jams and chocolate spread was provided but the real highlight was Ana Maria dropping by every morning at 8am with a large jar of fresh plain yoghurt to go with the cereals and a warm Puglia pasticciotto breakfast cream filled pastry cake fresh from the bakery...delicious! Electric shutters when closed keep the room cool and dark for sleeping or a pm riposo and there wasn't a sound from outside. Ana Maria's lovely mother-in-law tends to the outside border flower beds and was a typically warm Italian nonna for a wee chat with and she even tolerated my very poor Italian with a kind smile!

Minor point which was as much my fault as anything else, my sat nav took me into the adjacent street on first arrival and I struggled for a while to locate the correct street. I asked several residents from the nest street and shops who all kindly tried to help me but none of them knew the street by name even though it was immediately next door lol! As said, I worked it out and found it after about 20 minutes struggling to work out where I was going wrong!

Very well equipped and neat place to stay! All the facilities are easy to use and brand new. Little details while staying the house are touching you and feeling like you are living here long time. In front of the house there is space for car for free and safe. Also only 12-15 mins to the historic part of the city.

Highly recommended, no matter how many nights you plan to stay! This apartment is the perfect choice. Very comfortable big bed, fully equipped kitchen, quite and close to center location, place for parking right next to the house. The room was very big, there was a small balcony with chairs. Everything perfectly clean and brand new. Everything was arranged in advance, very easy access to the key, very nice breakfast (home made italian specialities, freshly baked, Nespresso machine, juices).

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Snacks and water were left in the apartment for us. There was also a coffee machine. The room was large, with a nice bathroom and a closet. There was a hairdryer.

We booked this apartment almost two months before our trip because we were traveling all over Puglia, after a few days we decided that our overnight stay for that day would be in another area of ​​the district. We wrote to the accommodation asking them to cancel our reservation without charge, but they did not agree even though it was more than 40 days before it and we were forced to sleep there. the hosts are not very flexible in this regard and are not friendly to such changes, although in so much time they would have found other guests for this stay. the address they gave us was not correct. Via Giordano was listed as the address, and Ddi Pi esa took us to a completely different street. - by Giordano Bruno. The real address is М. U. Giordano. The hosts do not speak English and we had a hard time agreeing on the check-in time - first they told us 15, then 16, then again 15...The property did not have internet and an ironing board and iron were missing.
