NEW Music Icon House in East Nashville

Beautiful house and great location. A king primary suite, a queen bedroom and half bath on the main level. And 3 queen bedrooms, a full bath and 2 twin beds upstairs. Great size and layout. We had a group of 9 and slept comfortably and had lots of space. We had Andre the maintenance guy there on our first day and he was so wonderful at helping up with the railing and coffee maker. A few light bulbs were out and I forgot to tell the maintenance guy. But it was a wonderful house and so close to everything.

Our only thing we didn't appreciate was how one of the neighbors treated us and spoke to my daughter. We parked on the street like everyone else and he yelled at my daughter that we weren't welcome and weren't allowed to park on the street. So we moved our cars after he made threats that something would happen to our cars. Then he proceeded to move all of his cars out of his driveway and space them along the street so no one could park on the street. Everytime we left the house he would make rude comments. And he yelled at us for the grass being long and how he had to take time to cut it. We weren't loud, didn't party the other neighbors so not sure why he acted like this. The other houses used Uber and we drove our own cars. So maybe he just didn't like that. He made it uncomfortable for us to walk outside or be in the backyard. It was myself,my husband our 4 kids, my parents and my special needs brother. We kept to ourselves and tried to ignore him.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Downtown Nashville and East Nashville restaurants, bars, and live music. Perfect setting for 5 people who need separate bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen, easy to connect to wifi and roku TV. Easy pick up for share rides and parking for 1 rental car. 4 very good restaurants nearby but not too close. Definitely on our go-to for future visits!

Space was great, well equipped felt spacious! Owners were QUICK to respond!

House was brilliant. So roomy, clean and well equipped. It is a large house with plenty of space. Great location within short walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighbourhood. Close to Broadway, Nissan stadium, Grand Old Opry etc (10 min drive). Whole experience was hassle free. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and someday would like to come back. Great vacation and wonderful accommodation.
