ITLa casa di per se è molto bella, ha anche due bagni e un bel terrazzo per godersi il sole.
Dopo aver avuto la conferma della preparazione del divano letto per un terzo ospite, abbiamo trovato il divano chiuso, ci siamo dovuti fare il divano letto da soli, scoprendo che all'interno c'era polvere e delle vecchie lenzuola usate! Nessuno è venuto a pulire, nulla! In chiamata nessuno che potesse dare risposte valide e coerenti. Abbiamo chiesto una seconda chiave ed era tutta una complicazione tra la cauzione da lasciare e doverle andare a prenderle e riportarle. E premetto che non era una viaggio di piacere. In più tutto on line per le varie istruzioni della casa, la WiFi non funzionava ovunque. La ragazza che ci ha accolto, molto gentile e disponibile ma chiaramente non era nulla colpa sua ma allo stesso tempo non ha saputo gestire la situazione. Impreparata al ruolo in cui purtroppo l'agenzia Wonderful Italy mette i suoi dipendenti. L'unica risposta che, in generale, ci è stata data "mi dispiace" da dietro una scrivania. Questa è stata, per caso, la seconda volta che prenoto con loro, la seconda e ULTIMA VOLTA. Entrambe l'esperienze deludenti in fatto di pulizia e disponibilità.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of old furniture. The kitchen is a jigsaw puzzle, and the signs of previous furniture are visible. All the closets are cluttered with (clean?) linens and abandoned items. So, bring only a few clothes! The bathrooms were dirty and had hair in them, especially in the old shower. There wasn't even soap in all the bathrooms. In the kitchen, the refrigerator smelled bad, and the garbage can hadn't been cleaned. Some pots and pans were also unclean, and the floor was stained. The management company declines all responsibility after 24 hours of check-in, but we arrived in the evening and left early in the morning, and we didn't call them immediately. Unfortunately we had booked for 3 nights. The management company's behavior is understandable in exceptional circumstances, but the keys were handed over WITHOUT a thorough inspection because the dirt was obvious. Just look at the attached photos. Also, if you want to clean up yourself, remember that the broom is broken and there's no detergent. The Company offered us a 10% discount coupon for a next visit...but we will NEVER return.

ROThe apartment is really nice, comfortable and clean.
The AC didn't work and neither the Wi-Fi, but we didn't really need it as we were gone most of the time.
ITThe check in was easy, but I could communicate with the host only with whatsapp. We had to wait 5 minutes and it would have been nice to have a phone number to call. The apartment is clean and comfortable . It's not in the center, so the host could give more indications to move around and probably with similar price you can get an apartment closer to center. The area is quiet and safe which was good for us.
