Great location. Staff was responsive and kind.

Only one set of keys provided and they did not work well with the doors. It often took 5-10 minutes of fidgeting with the keys in each door (front door and apartment door) to get them to open. The dining table top is not connected to its base / legs so when someone leaned their arms on it the whole heavy table top popped up and could have really hurt someone. There are no screens on bathroom sink drains so be careful not to drop any jewelry down there like we did.

• the air conditioning has not been turned on before our planned check in, so the apt was very cold the first night (after that, no problem with the heating, air conditioning in all rooms) • the small table in the open space next to the kitchen was very very wobbly

Great location for exploring Bologna which has a lot of interesting sites and an amazing food scene. Staff were excellent and sent through lots of food recommendations. Every one we tried was a hit. The power tripped out one evening but staff were brilliant in helping to locate the fuse box so we could get up and running again.

Roomy, clean, great location-so many good restaurants and shops around. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.

Great location - close to city centre. Comfortable beds and effective air conditioning.

Would benefit from greater attention to detail - e.g. kitchen is relatively poorly equipped, no clothes horse is provided, and we were only given one toilet roll in one bathroom. The shower head was also a bit dodgy and leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Great appartment. Very clean. No noise from surrounding area. Very clear and good communication with prompt reply to any questions.
