Casa Saronni by Wonderful Italy

Very well equipped! Amazing views, sounded by mountains. Totally worth it to stay in Bellagio since I consider it as one of the most beautiful cities in como lake.

The tv connection was not so good but we were all day out so we didn’t quite use it. Just were trying to listening to some music on YouTube while getting ready.

It was very difficult to find with very little instruction . The AC did not work .

Bellaggio is astonishing. Casa Saroni is located 15 min from the center on a climbing path. Badly located. In a first floor without lift . You can't go out at night. The bus service works very sporadically, There are no taxis. It is very luminous, but unfortunately noisy, so earplugs are provided

Recently reading the reviews, I recognized that the air conditioning and heating systems have not been working for a long time and I observe with astonishment, the conformity of the guests. The air conditioner in particular turned on a blinking yellow light that indicated an electric failure and its ignition was erratic. When claiming for a solution, the host recognized the failure, but qualified it as erratical!. The bathroom is not expressly shown in the photos because it is disappointing. Old, dysfunctional, with an uncomfortable both shower room and bidet. The washing machine pitifully embedded in the bathroom and draining into the shower room. The hot water was barely enough for two people. You had to take a quick shower and not to use hot water for other activities. The bed was broken and sagged at the foot. The appliances were precariously plugged into a shoe with an adapter that we managed to find on the second day in the hair dryer. The extractor fan made a roaring sound. The bathroom sink was clogged. We made a great effort to overcome the unpleasant stay. We expect Booking would back up us in this situation.

Very spacious and lovely balconies with great views. Bed was comfortable and was worried about the shower with other reviews saying it was tiny but it was absolutely fine! Overall we would stay again and considered it a great price.

Not that we didn’t like it, but don’t expect to be smack in the middle of town. There wasn’t anything open in the evening so it’s a hilly walk with lots of stairs from ferry/bars and restaurants but still worth it!

It is in a safe place ( complex ), the views were nice.

Street noises are really annoying and makes you wake up every minute as it is not well insulated, cars and bikes all the time. The toilet is really bad, not clean and so small, we found alot of molds in the wc and shower. AC unit is bit noisy. Also we did not meet the owners where you can’t ask for a thing if needed.

Close to everything bus station right out the door.

Location was ok with walking distance to Bellagio (approx. 15 min) but right next to busy road. supermarket close by. Bed was ok. kitchen equipped with necessary plates, cutlery, pot etc. nice balcony. Blinds all around to make it dark for sleeping. Relatively spacious apartment EXCEPT for the bathroom - see below.

There were several things we did not like: -Check in and communication was so bad. In the days before arrival I received +10 from them on WhatsApp, the booking.com message system and email. They told me to confirm an arrival time (a 1 hour interval) and I replied in both WhatsApp and email that I didn’t know exactly as we were arriving by car from far away so difficult to say due to traffic and asked if it was ok to write them in the day of arrival because then we would know better. They didn’t reply to any of my messages, I also tried calling them but no one answered. I manteas they send me a new massage saying that we needed to confirm arrival time in order to ‘guarantee the reservation’. That stressed me out because it sounded like they’d cancel our reservation if we didn’t commit to a time. and that was even though they’d withdrawn the full amount from my account several weeks ago - that should be guarantee enough I think. Anyway, we caved and committed to a time, just to get a reply with instructions of how to self-check in. Meaning they had chased us for a time slot they actually didn’t need at all. once we arrived we had to search through so many messages to find the instructions in one message and the code to the key box in another, not very convenient in any way. -the apartment was clean overall except for the fridge that had some mould and dirt inside and the shower curtain that had what looked like boogers on it.. just two things you really want to be clean. -the was no insulation at all so you could hear everything fro outside, shutting the blinds at night helped a little but not much. And since it’s next to a busy road it did get very loud with especially the many scooters racing by were noisy. -the aircondition worked well but is an older/cheaper model so that had a high noise level too. -the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work (which is unfortunate when there wasn’t any windows in there), it just made a high screeching noise when turned on.

Very easy as host was accesible to reach!

Was perfect for what we needed. The 2 balconies were super cute and everything looked like the photos! Took us 15 minutes to walk into Bellagio town centre which was ideal for us

The bathroom is a little small for 2 people (especially when it’s two girls getting ready)
