Nice rooms

Hard to find and approach with luggage. Hard to find taxis in Bellagio and car requires permit so have to drag your luggage

La recepción de las instrucciones para localizar la propiedad así como para entrar en ella no la recibí y no pudimos llegar a la propiedad. La persona que nos asistió nos ofreció otra alternativa de la propiedad que fue muy satisfactoria.

This two bedroom apartment, part of larger house was lovely.There was a separate entrance, a beautiful little garden and terrace. The style of the place was rustic, everything was new and clean. We all loved it.

We had problem finding the location, because the initial location on booking was different from the one we were provided after we paid the tax online.

Lovely spot . Properly had everything we needed for our stay. Very good facilities. Lovely quiet spot near to a very nice beach. Excellent outdoor space as well

Transport from como to Bellagio was frustrating as we had planned on getting the ferry but it was a little chaotic, taxis were hard to get so had to arrive by bus.

It was in a nice location.

The pictures of the property - particularly the garden - did not represent reality. The garden was overgrown and grass was missing in places. Not well looked after - the sunbeds were ripped. The wi fi did not work properly for the whole of our stay despite the property being flagged for remote working. The AC did not work properly out whole stay.. The local rep for Wonderful Italy was rude and intimidating.

The size of the property was perfect for a small family (2 adults and 2 small kids).

1) The location of the property is not where reported in booking.com. Don’t follow the pin. 2) The property was not as clean as we expected. There were rubbish from previous guests and there were human hair at the bathrooms from previous guests. 3) There is no parking which is not acceptable for the price of the property. 4) The check in process from Wonderful Italy was not as pleasant. The lady didn’t even help us with our stuff even tho we had to carry 2 small kids. 5) Carrying our stuff to small cliff to reach the property. 6) Wi-Fi password is too big as it is from the router and not an easy if you have to put it on iPad which doesn’t have a cell connection to scan the code

We loved the green area and how it was set up for enjoyment.

We needed more towels with kids. It would have been nice to have just two or three things in the fridge to cook.

it is very peaceful place and The location is actually very good, right next to The beautiful garden and stunning views!

be careful with The parking. there is actually no parking place! We were here in early May, out of the season and Bellagio was already full and was not easy to find a parking spot nearby.
