Exactly felt at home here. Nice kitchen and great living room. Bathroom a little small,but awsome water pressure. Great location to explore the town.

No air conditioning which might not usually be an issue but outside weather is much hotter than usual

The woman who met us and welcomed us was very helpful, patient, flexible and kind. The property was old, yet comfortable and clean. It was an adventure to stay in this property for a night, but we had fun! It added another flavor to our Italian vacation.

Location is perfect, outstanding customers services and attention from both Patricias, easy check in and out. they help us find dinner reservations in the area. The Palazzo is super clean, kitchen has everything need it. My daughter found children’s book to read my son enjoyed learning about antique objects placed all around the house. Absolutely recommend and we would love to come back.

The property is on four levels, a true medieval casa-torre with kitchena and a small bathroom on the ground floor, well equipped, a very nice first floor with an elegant living room, a second floor with two rooms and a bathroom and then a common space under the roof with additional beds. Very spacious and quiet, very warm with individual heat controls at each floor. Patrizia was great in communicating, giving precise instructions and information about the stay and things to do in the area. The area down the alley away from the main street is truly a journey through time.

Quite frankly, nohing to complain about. Obviously, travelleres with reduced mobility should search somewhere else.
