"Great Place and Location."

The location of this property was wonderful. It had a beautiful view off the balcony of the living room. The host was very Accommodating and helped us find parking. Loved the city of Lucca and the location of this apartment.

"No contact from the owner till after we left."

The location was fabulous, overlooking the wall with lovely outdoor are. It was spacious.

There were not enough cups or plates to allow us to use the dishwasher. We had to wash up. No coffee table or side lights. No instructions about waste, heating etc. No welcome pack.

"Stijlvol apartement met slechte service"

Stijlvol ingericht. Zelfstandig te betreden met instructies.

Zonder dat vooraf aan ons te melden, was er gepland onderhoud aan de elektra, waardoor we de hele ochtend geen stroom - en dus ook geen warm water - hadden. Uiteindelijk met een ijskoude douche in het pikkedonker vertrokken. Geen sympathie van de verhuurder over deze situatie.
