Posizione ottima, locale carino

Quasi impossibile usare le chiavi, serrature vecchie e malandate sia sul portone fi via Po' , sia per entrare in casa, non vi dico poi usare l'ascensore. Impossibile. La ventola del bagno collegata alla luce, fa un frastuono assurdo per cui il bagno va usato al buio.

L'appartamento ha un enorme potenziale, è molto carino. Logisticamente CONSIGLIATISSIMO. E' nel complesso è delizioso ed è dotato di TUTTI i comfort utili per un soggiorno comodo. La logistica è il punto di estrema forza. Una menzione speciale all'agenzia degli affitti brevi che ha mostrato una disponibilità e professionalità infiniti (abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi personali sotto data di inizio soggiorno e ci hanno aiutato).

Alcune dotazioni sono assolutamente migliorabili: doccia (getto molto forte e scarico poco potente; ci si allaga se non si sta attenti), materasso divano letto (vecchietto e un po' pieni di bozzi) ed infine sarebbe da dare una rinfrescata ai muri (sono presenti alcune macchie sul soffitto della camera).

The location

Very disappointing stay. The room was not prepared as requested, basic things didn’t work properly, and it was unnecessarily stressful just getting in and out. The staff were also very unhelpful throughout. The house itself felt poorly maintained, with things falling apart. Overall, poor attention to detail and not worth the money.

Great location - nice coffee places just a few steps from the place (even better ice cream around the corner); quiet house with amazingly high ceilings; comfy bed

opening the flat door needs some training, but once you got it no problem ; )

Wonderful location.

An aircon would have definitely helped.

Location is amazing. Top of Via Po, very central. The bed was very comfortable, best night's sleep we had in ages. Plenty of space, nice kitchen and plenty of everything nearby. The girl who came to let us in (Giorgia) was lovely and explained everything.

The shower has a very narrow door, making it uncomfortable to get in and out, I had to go in sideways and I'm not particularly wide. The extractor fan doesn't work. The keys are all a bit troublesome, in all the doors. The lift is tiny and you need a key to operate it, which means (if there's more than 2 of you) one has to walk up or come up separately. The finish is a little rough - renovations have left doors at awkward angles, wires hanging out of walls (covered by pictures). One of the coffee pots (in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen) was dirty, with a crust of old coffee inside.

The location of the apartment was great. There is a lot of shops, caffès, the monuments and so on. It was clean and great balcony with view inside.

There were inconveniences that were promptly compensated. This left a positive impression of my stay in Turin
