La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente a poche fermate di autobus/tram o, addirittura a piedi, il centro storico e la stazione porta susa. Inoltre, si trova in un bel palazzo storico all’ultimo piano ma con ascensore funzionante. La casa è silenziosa e il letto molto comodo.

Essendo mansardata la zona notte fatica a rinfrescarsi nonostante il condizionatore ben funzionante. C’è un ventilatore per la zona notte, ma è rumoroso e poco regolabile quindi fastidioso da tenere di notte. Basterebbe un ventilatore più recente con timer e modalità silenziosa per sistemare questo problema, che a mio avviso è la pecca più grande.

O ap é bem equipado, tem um bom conforto, o chuveiro precisa de manutenção, e a localização é muito boa, fácil de ir aos pontos turísticos, mercado, metro.

O atendimento ao cliente é falho, difícil de responderem, email, mensagem de whatsapp e telefone só cai em caixa de mensagem.

The most dangerous thing in the apartment is the way the lights are working. You just have a naked cable as in the photos who gives power to the light balls... This can cause a fire easy. Also small detail but the pillows in the bed were uncomfortable

The property is very close to the city centre and all the key stations (Porta Nuova and Porta Susa). Various shops and restaurants are also in close vicinity. The place is spacious and bigger than it looks in the pictures, as well as quiet during the day and at night. The property also has a lot of character and well-equipped with various utensils and appliances. There is a lift in the building which can make it easier for people who may struggle with the top floor.

There are a lot of objects in the flat, which collect dust easily. If you stay longer, you will inevitably start sneezing. The flat is relatively old - meaning that maintenance work is required to fix various things such as the silicon around the bathroom. The washing machine was also full of water which smelled. There is an air-conditioner. However, the cool air doesn’t reach the top part of the flat where the bedroom - meaning it remains very hot there throughout the day and the night.
