-The studio is located on the 1st floor inside a traditional residential building, with elevator. Good location with about 10-15mins walk from the train station with luggages, and very easy to just out and explore the city on foot. Be aware that city tax is due to pay in cash when check-in -The studio is quite spacious, nice TV with Netflix, sofa, bed and pillows are quite comfortable. Kitchen has enough to cook. -Nice host, check-in/out is easy and flexible.

-Kitchen is a bit rusted and bathroom is quite outdated. -Some electric outlets don't work, and we wished the host would had told us one particular switch in the kitchen is for the refrigerator so "don't turn it off". -Some noise from the street especially the supermarket just cross the street. -could have bigger italian coffee machine, and thicker curtains for the living room.
