Would definitely stay again. Convenient and made Cinque Terre feel like home!

Comfortable apartment with a lot of character. Loved the traditional clotheslines outside the windows. Super close to the main square, but far enough not to hear any noises.

The check in experience was poor. First, the hosting agency bombards you with several emails, all with similar but not quite the same information. They want you to download their app and enter all your information, but even after you do you keep getting reminders. They state the once you enter your information, they will send you the check in information, but they did not, I had to contact them the day before to get that info. They gave me the address of the agency, where the keys would be outside in a lockbox. The code they gave me was wrong, so I had to make an international (for me) call to get the right code. The bathroom could you a hook by the sink for the hand towel.

Very poor to non existing wifi ( old xaumi phone using mobile data as hot spot...) No wiew from windows

I booked 2 bedrooms, but it was 1 bedroom and then a small twin bed in the kitchen area. The “breakfast” was a coffee/teapot and packaged croissants. We stayed 2 nights but had to pay a 70 euro cleaning fee?! Did not get the place that dirty.

Location… it’s in the centre. Friendliness of staff. They were more than helpful and gave us a lot of time. They were also most helpful with bag storage and advice about where to go.
