It was in Manarola, best one out of the five towns to stay in

The host did not give us clear instructions on how to find the place, just sent some vague photos. We had our suitcases with us and had to drag them up and down a lot of stairs while trying to find the place for an hour because it was not coming up on Google maps. When I messaged the host that we were really lost and sent a photo of where we were, she only replied “I don’t know where you are”. It was by absolute luck that we found it in the end. The most basic instruction that would have helped us is “when you exit the tunnel from the train station turn right”, as Google maps was telling us to go left. Also we were only there for 2 nights but someone had come inside while we were out on the second day and made the beds! We had no idea housekeeping was going to come in, and didn’t have an option to say no, and left all our stuff out in the open because we weren’t expecting anyone. The host should consider communicating all of the above in a clearer way with guests.

Nice apartment and in a great location.

The location and the views were great!!! Easy access, clean and air conditioned.

The property was centrally located and had an amazing view down the village. Good size for our needs and very comfortable.

Don't follow Google Maps to find the property ! we took ages to find it and ended up going the wrong way and going up a lot of steps. once you know where it is, it is so easy to access.

Check in process was tricky. The property is tricky to find. It would have been good to have been met or a map to show where to go.

Property is very clean and comfy

I can use washing machine to clean up my dirty clothes and 2 bedrooms were everything I needed.
