Appartamento Guerrazzi by Wonderful Italy

Locația apartamentului este excelentă - foarte aproape de piețele importante, de restaurante bune, magazine, stații de autobuz; gazda deosebit de ospitalieră - ne-a întâmpinat și ne-a făcut un tur rapid al casei; bucătăria complet echipată.

Faptul că seara, în timpul weekend-ului, ne-a deranjat zgomotul făcut de vecinii de sub noi (muzică și vorbit tare). În rest, deși ușor incomad, tavanul jos din dormitor dă farmec locului.

L’emplacement est parfait, l’appartement est neuf, bien agencé et lumineux, le plus est le grand balcon. L’agence a été arrangeante pour le check in, très bonne communication.

Tout est nickel, juste un détail : peut-être prévoir une bouilloire électrique, la cafetière italienne ne fonctionne pas sur les plaques.

The apartment is just as per the pictures. The location is fantastic, it's quiet but there are some really cool cafes across the road and there is a street food area 5 mins away with great bars. Everything is walkable from this location.

Minor amount of lighting maintenance required but apart from that was as expected.

Huoneisto oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja rauhallinen. Portaita oli paljon kiivettäväksi, mutta parveke kattokerroksessa korvasi vaivan. Huonekorkeus makuuhuoneessa (hyvin matala) tosin vaati jonkin verran akrobatiaa. Sijainti hyvä - kävelymatkan päässä oleellisista lomailijan kohteista.

The balcony was a very good feature spending time with a glass of wine in the evening was brilliant. The house was very comfortable and well furnished. Brilliant location.

The height of the ceiling wasn't ideal but it was such a beautiful design. We were interupted one morning by maintenance which we were not warned about and we were not pleased that we had to leave the apartment such short notice it did inconvenience us. We shared this feedback with the staff over whatsapp.

Everything was wonderful especially the location near the university section of town. The balcony was beautiful, great breakfast overlooking the red roofs.

Bedroom had a very low ceiling and four flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
